What is FanGamb?

FanGamb (www.fangamb.com) is a free game for sports fans, where players bet on college and pro games using a virtual bankroll. Players with the biggest bankroll in their leagues win.

Role:

Information Architect, User Experience Designer

Accomplishments:

  • Created wireframes and site architecture based on business goals and an understanding of the site's target audience.
  • Focused on making the site engaging and easy to use by simplifying the process to bet on games and view standings.
  • Discussed with the company's founders methods to encourage users to engage with the site and to build a passionate community of players.
  • Monitored site web analytics to understand user behavior and in response, created recommendations for improvements to the user experience to improve site conversions.
  • Interfaced with design team to ensure proper execution of UX guidance in visual design.
