  User Experience Strategist
 
  • Conducted eye tracking usability studies for a wide range of clients. Activities included participant recruiting, test scripting and planning, script coding in eye tracking software, leading test sessions with participants, analyzing results, compiling eye tracking data and visualizations, and presenting results to the client team.
  • Created interactive wireframes to illustrate site flow, page layouts, and site navigation for client buy-in and to aid in the design process.
  • Led User Experience strategy initiatives in the strategy and discovery phase of large-scale design projects.
