As stated on the welcome page, my name is Catriona Cornett. I am a senior attending the Pennsylvania State University at University Park. When not at Penn State, I live in a small suburban town about 30 miles from Boston, Massachusetts.

My academic interests have always involved working with computers, and so I chose Penn State primarily due to their excellent program in Information Sciences and Technology (IST). This program combines coursework in computer science, information systems, and business applications. IST bridges the gap between the makers of technology and the users of technology. Most of my free time also involves working with computers. I enjoy creating websites and working with graphic design programs, as well as simply surfing the internet. I love learning about new gadgets and technology.

I have recently developed an interest in digital photography, and I spend quite a bit of time using my Canon Powershot S410 digital camera.
