This project involved analyzing a fictional fantasy football company, Yourteam.com.  This company has faced problems of productivity, cost, and lawsuits.  In addition, they have a poor organizational culture that has led to the problems mentioned above.  This paper addresses cultural problems that can be found in an information technology work environment.
